Sintesi records your voice, transcribes it and rewrites it in different forms. All processing happens on your phone, using AI models downloaded once and kept on the device. This page explains, without evasion, what stays on the phone and what leaves it.
There are no accounts, there is no server of ours, and this content is never uploaded anywhere. It lives in the app's private storage and disappears if you uninstall Sintesi.
Outside these two cases, the app works with no network at all.
Sintesi shows a banner at the bottom of some screens, served by Google AdMob. To do so, Google receives technical data about the device: advertising identifier, IP address, device type and information about your interaction with the ad.
Google does not receive the content of your notes: not the audio, not the transcriptions, not the generated texts. The ad has no idea what you are talking about.
In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, a consent form managed by Google appears the first time you open the app. You can change your choice at any time from Settings → Ads and privacy inside the app. If you decline personalised ads you will still see ads, but they will not be profiled.
How Google handles this data is described in Google Privacy & Terms and in the list of advertising partners.
None. Sintesi contains no analytics, no telemetry and no crash-reporting tools. We do not know how often you open the app, or what you do with it.
It is up to you. A deleted note goes to the bin and is removed permanently after 30 days; you can empty the bin sooner. From Settings you can export everything or free up space. Uninstalling the app deletes recordings, texts and models with it.
Sintesi is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.
If this policy changes, the date at the top will be updated. Substantial changes will be announced in the app.
